Minneapolis Riverfront Revitalization project

Maggie was contacted by CSM Corporation in 2008 to create a wintery holiday version of the Milwaukee Train Depot. This landmark in the Minneapolis riverfront area that is being revitalized, has been renovated by CSM. Maggie added the sky, snow, mist, and greenery, as well as the street lamps, and made the view into a painting. The signs needed to be changed to reflect the new hotal and restaurant in the building. In addition to the holiday cards, the client also received an archive quality Giclée print for framing.

"Maggie with Albion Design was an absolute pleasure to work with. The high quality work that she delivered in such a short time was remarkable. Maggie’s adaptable nature blended well with CSM’s demands, therefore producing an extremely pleased client.

Please let me know if you need anything further and wishing you a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. "

Take care,

"The Detroit RiverFront Conservancy this year added LaNoue's paperweights as a gift to clients, although it has sent Christmas cards designed by her for the past three years, said Pat Vintevoghel, executive assistant the the Conservancy President & CEO Faye Nelson. "The Christmas cards have just been amazing," Vintevoghel said.

Detroit Riverfront revitalization project art

The Detroit Riverfront first approached Maggie in 2004 to create custom art and cards to showcase the riverfront revitalization projects. The project has evolved over the next four years, and the art has become a series. Prints of each design by Maggie hang in the Conservancy's office space at the Renaissance center.
